PokerStars Move Sunday Majors and Double Guarantee

If you are a UK Poker Player, and not already playing on PokerStars, there has been no better time to get signed up! Next Sunday, June 5, PokerStars are changing the start time of many of their featured Sunday events, doubling the bonuses AND making them easier to qualify for if you do not want to fork out the big buy-ins.

The feature event – The PokerStars Sunday Million – will have a guaranteed prize fund of $2 million and start at the more reasonable hour of 7.30pm (BST).  For this week only, PokerStars are adding 50 seats per night to the Sunday Million $22.00 turbo qualifiers, which also kick off at 7.30pm – so there will plenty of time to book your seat before bedtime!

Extra seats are being added to qualifiers for seven other Sunday events, including the Sunday Storm ($1.10 turbo with 100 extra seats per night and a guaranteed prize pool for this week only of $400,000) and the new Supersonic hyper-turbo – which has 3 minutes blinds, 3,000 starting chips and a guarantee this week only of $80,000.

The full line up is as follows:-

Sunday Kick Off    $109    1.00pm    $150,000 Gtd
Sunday Warm Up    $215    4.00pm    $1,000,000 Gtd
Sunday Re-Buy    $109 + R    5.00pm    $400,000 Gtd
Sunday Storm    $11    6.30pm    $400,000 Gtd
Sunday Million    $215    7.30pm    $2,000,000 Gtd
Sunday 500    $530    8.30pm    $400,000 Gtd
Sunday Second Chance    $215    9.30pm    $250,000 Gtd
Sunday Supersonic    $215    11.30pm    $80,000 Gtd

Remember, these guarantees are only applicable for Sunday June 5th, but there are is limit on how many games you can win. Last Sunday UK Poker Player “PokerNoob999” cashed in the Sunday 500 shortly before taking first place (and a cool $135,000) in the Sunday Million. This week it could be you!
